Functions and Philosophies
Respect: We must respect all the rights of all indigenous peoples, includingtheir images, cultural heritage, design, story.Acceptance of diversity, to avoid inappropriate or outdated ideas and terminology.

Copyright: Indigenous peoples also have their own copyright, As the personwho creates the work in a material form, the artist is generallyrecognised as the copyright owner.Generally, artistic works incopyright after 1 January 2006 are now protected for 70 years afterthe death ofthe author - the term used in the Act for the creator of the work.


Moral Rights and Issues
1. The right to be attributed as the artist
2. The right not to have work falsely attributed to another artist – Artists can take action against parties who falsely attribute others as the creators of their works.
3. The right of integrity – Artists can take action against parties who subject their works to inappropriate treatment.
